With adapter for hamburger device. Designed for high productivity. AISI 304 stainless steel chassis (washable with water jet), standard on stainless steel base with wheels fitted with brakes. Ventilated motor (IP 55 ) designed for intensive use. Driven by hermetically sealed gear motor, under oil bath, double liquid protection (between mincer head and motor). Mincer head in AISI 304 stainless steel, quick bayonet fixing device (no tools required), completely dismountable, easy and hygienic maintenance. Large upper hopper (563x900xh120 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel (removable), safety device by microswitch, with "square" introduction for a very quick second passage.  Low voltage 24 V controls, in stainless steel IP67 protection class, with rotation inversion (in case of blockage). Unit built in compliance with the (CE) standards in force.
