2 speeds (Fork: 1st Speed 19 rpm and 2nd Speed 29 rpm) & (Tank: 1st Speed 6 rpm and 2nd Speed 9 rpm) Timer Scraper in tank, in stainless steel and polyethylene supplied as standard. Spiral diameter 31 mm Diameter of the tank 660 mm height 330 mm (70 litres) = 60 kg of dough. Comes standard with 2 fixed wheels (nylon) and 2 cylinders at the front. Analog control panel with low voltage 24V. 2-speed motor, gearbox drive (independent tank and fork), self-lubricating, pulley transmission, very quiet operation. Emergency stop button type "punch". Frame in thick painted steel. The tank, fork and tool shaft are made of thick AISI 304 stainless steel. Stainless steel fork connection unit, waterproof and very solid (reinforced!). All rotating parts are mounted on spherical bearings. Stainless steel tank protection grid with safety device by microswitch. - The device is built in compliance with the current CE standards.
