3 drawers version GN 1/1 (max. load height 300 mm). 2 ‘treated’ ventilated evaporator. 6 adjustable stainless steel feet.   Monocoque design. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel (food-grade) inside and out (rear included). Deep-drawn inner base, rounded corners and edges (no rough edges). Drawers with ergonomic handles, on telescopic slides, closed by magnetic ‘pressure’ seals (easy replacement without tools), electric resistance on counter-doors, allowing drawers to be opened. Class 5 compressor unit (40°C temperature and 40% humidity), built into the cabinet (right side), ventilated condenser. Front access to compressor unit for easy inspection. Ventilated evaporator, positioned between the doors. Refrigerant gas R290. Electronic regulator, control front screen with LED. Automatic defrosting of evaporator, number of defrosts programmed at factory (can be modified as required). Automatic condensate evaporation. CFC-free polyurethane insulation (50mm). The equipment is manufactured following the current (CE) standards.
