Deep-drawn" tank made of AISI 316 stainless steel (Food certified according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), bottom 30/10 mm thick, side walls 20/10 mm thick, resistant to salt corrosion and wear, equipped with a removable strainer to protect the drain valve. Water tap for filling the tank. Deep-drawn" cover, made of AISI 316 stainless steel with double walls, "reinforced edge" hinges with "torsion spring" allowing gradual closing and opening. Indirect heating, double jacketed tank, manual water filling. Two taps located on the front panel of the unit, the first for the opening, the second for the overflow. Pressure control of the double jacket by a 0.5 BAR valve, vacuum valve with a pressure gauge on the front panel.
