Capacity: 7x GN 1/6 (trays in option). 2 ventilated evaporators. Included: 1 grid GN 1/1 (530x325 mm), per door. 4 adjustable stainless steel feet. Monocoque design. Manufactured in stainless steel, inside AISI 304 (food-grade), outside AISI 441. Top in stainless steel AISI 304. Built-in upper refrigerated structure with lid. Stainless steel racks and slides (anti-tilting), allowing the grids to be positioned as required. Deep-drawn inner base, rounded corners and edges (no rough edges). Doors with ergonomic (non-protruding), reversible handles (no need for a kit), magnetic ‘pressure’ seals (easy replacement without tools), hinges with 100° stop and automatic door closure. Tropicalised class 5 compressor unit (40°C temperature and 40% humidity), built into the cabinet (right side), ventilated condenser. Front access to compressor unit for easy inspection. Ventilated or static (oversized) evaporator(s) (87% relative humidity), positioned between the doors. Refrigerant R290. Electronic regulator (in sealed box), control screen on front panel with blue LED. Automatic defrosting of evaporator, number of defrosts programmed at factory (can be changed as required). Automatic condensate evaporation. CFC-free polyurethane insulation (60 mm).
