Insulation system (patented) decreases the temperature in contact with the oven (+/- 60°C) and reduces the energy consumption (25% reduction in coal consumption!). Hinged, tilting door with large windows (high temperature 750°C), providing excellent visibility inside and eliminating the need to open the door so often. Stainless steel front working shelf (depth 290mm). Integrated grease trap with drip tray. Ash drawer (removable). Analogue thermometer. Integrated firewall device.
