Version with automatic dome lift, with motorised piston.Crossed base for plates and cutlery storage.   Brushed stainless steel vaults, roof with removable retainers (condiments or 190mm plates), tempered glass breath guard on each side and LED lighting. 4 stainless steel serving shelves, two on each side (fold-down shelves for easy access through all standard 0,8 m doors). Heated by 2 armoured heating elements in the stainless steel tank. CFC-free expanded polyurethane insulation. Drain system for water in tank. Electronic thermostat. 4 swivel castors, 2 with brakes.     NB: delivered without GN trays.
