Refrigerated trolley for ice cream

Temperature: -2∞ -14∞C - Manufactured in solid wood.- Plexiglas dome.- Stainless steel AISI 304 display area.- Built-in airtight unit (ambient t∞ +32∞C).- Static evaporator treated against the "coating" acids and the salts. - Refrigerant R134A.- Frame on castors.- Manual defrosting. NB: for the temperature update, this trolley needs to be connected on an electric network +/- 2 hours in advance ; then store the ice cream which might be at its service temperature (-14∞C), this trolley isn't conceived for a permanent use.
