Cooking surface 1030x400 mm (3 grids), 41,20 dm2. Tank capacity: 12,7 liters.   Constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel, stamped "Top" (15/10 mm), leveling feet, water tightness "IPX4". Removable peripheral rim in stainless steel. "U"-shaped cooking grid in AISI 441 stainless steel, 2mm thick (Food certified according to European regulation CE no. 1935/2004). Removable grids and deflectors for easy maintenance. Lower water basin in stainless steel (dual functions): 1st for collecting cooking juices, 2nd for releasing steam. A water tap for filling the tank is fixed on the top, the opening is controlled by a valve positioned on the front of the appliance. Water discharge via the overflow (with filter) of the tank. Electric heating by stainless steel sheathed resistances, regulated by a thermostat. Resistances can be raised to 90° for easy maintenance. Appliances built in compliance with applicable (CE) standards.
