Gear drive in oil bath, double liquid protection (between the mincer head and the motor). Mincer head in AISI 304 stainless steel, tool-free connection (fastening by means of a lever), completely dismountable, easy and hygienic maintenance. Upper hopper in AISI 304 stainless steel (removable), with "square" inlet, for a very quick second passage. Low-voltage 24 V controls, IP 67 protection class, with rotation inversion (in case of blockage). Unit built in compliance with current (CE) standards.
