Inclined cooking hob in brushed treated steel (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004) with high thermal conductivity, welded peripheral rim guaranteeing perfect watertightness. Drawer for collecting cooking juices (3 litres). Gas heating, by burners (4 ramps per 1/2 module) in stainless steel with stabilized flame. Appliances built in compliance with the standards (CE) in force.
