Cooking surface 344x647 mm, 22.26 dm2. Regulation from 210°C to 420°C. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn "top" (20/10 mm), levelling cylinders, waterproof "IPX5". Inclined cooking plate with high thermal conductivity, welded peripheral edge for perfect waterproofing. Drawer for collecting cooking juice (3 litres). Gas heating, by burners (4 ramps per 1/2 module) in stainless steel with stabilized flame. Appliances built in compliance with current standards (CE)
