Reversible cast-iron cooking grid (meat/fish) with a 3-sided (3 mm) stainless steel splatter guard. AISI 304 stainless steel removable water drawer(s) on the front of the appliance. Electric heating via stainless steel heating elements located under the cooking grid. Switch control, accessible from the front for easy maintenance.
