Ventilated motor, (for intensive use). No heat transmission on the product (motor and tank are side by side). Very sturdy knife (standard 1 smooth knife), with curved blades in hardened "cutlery" steel. High safety guaranteed by a double micro-switch on the lid. Lid in transparent Lexan, for an optimal visibility of the product, the addition of ingredients is possible thanks to a hole on the lid. Scraper and whetstone, delivered as standard. Low-voltage 24V controls, protection class (IP54), NVR (No-Voltage Release) to prevent unintentional starting. Unit built in compliance with current (CE) standards.
