With adapter for hamburger device. Frame in stainless steel AISI 304. Ventilated motor (IP 55) designed for intensive use. Gear drive in oil bath, double liquid protection (between mincer head and motor). Mincer head in AISI 304 stainless steel, tool-free connection (fastening by means of a lever), completely dismountable, easy and hygienic maintenance. Upper hopper in AISI 304 stainless steel (removable), with "square" inlet, for a very quick second passage.  Low-voltage 24 V controls, IP 67 protection class, with rotation inversion (in case of blockage). Unit built in compliance with current (CE) standards.
