One-piece structure, interior and exterior (including rear) in austenitic (food-grade) stainless steel. Deep-drawn inner base, with drain plug (for heavy maintenance), rounded corners (no rough edges). Door with magnetic seal (easy replacement, no tools required). Microswitch to stop the evaporator fan when the door is opened. Class 4 compressor unit, ventilated condenser, front access. R290 refrigerant. Ventilated evaporator (oversized), treated against salt and food acids, completely hidden (not visible). Manual defrost, automatic condensate evaporation. CFC-free polyurethane insulation. The equipment is manufactured following the (CE) standards in force.
