Regulation by thermostatic valve from 130°C to 300°C.   Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn "top" (20/10 mm), levelling cylinders, waterproof "IPX5". Inclined cooking plate with high thermal conductivity (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), welded peripheral edge for perfect waterproofing.
