Oven in stainless steel, rounded angles, floor in enameled steel (removable internal structure), provided with thermal insulation, double-walled door (stamped inside), with thermal insulation, hinges with counterbalanced springs, handle in stainless steel, standard included 1 grid. Heating of the oven, by resistances in stainless steel, placed in the vault and under the floor. Independent floor and vault control (grill function), T° 100° to 290°C by thermostat.
