Chrome-plated steel basket, dimensions 230x255xh110 mm.   Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with adjustable levellers. Deep-drawn tank in AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded inner corners for easy, hygienic maintenance. Fitted with a cold zone, the tank drain faucet (with balls) is located on the front of the appliance. A chrome-plated steel wire grid is fitted inside the tank to trap impurities. Stainless steel lid. Electric heating via shielded (protected) stainless steel heating elements immersed in the tank. Resistor unit tilts back, thermostatically controlled from 100°C to 180°C. Unit built in compliance with all the standards (CE) in force.
