Tank diameter 600, depth 400 mm. 2" drain valve.   Constructed in stainless steel AISI 304, "top" pressed (20/10 mm), adjustable stainless steel feet (150-200 mm), water tightness "IPX5". "Pressed" tank made of stainless steel AISI 316 (Food certified according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), equipped with a removable strainer. Water tap for filling the tank. "Pressed" lid made of stainless steel AISI 316 with double walls "reinforced edges", hinges with "torsion spring" allowing gradual closing and opening. Indirect heating, double-walled tank, water filling through a tap, a second one serving as an overflow to check the completion of filling. Control of the double-walled pressure by a valve at 0.5 bar, with a pressure gauge. Electric heating by immersion resistors in the double-walled tank, equipped with an energy regulator, safety thermostat. Appliances built in compliance with current (CE) regulations.
