Chimney in the back in stainless steel AISI 304. Cooking surface, watertight "IPX4". Thick (40mm high) 'aligned' cast-iron plates with overheating safety device. Regulated by a 7-position switch (for each hob), with a pilot light and easy front access for maintenance.
