Cooking surface 730x700 mm, 51,10 dm2. 2 independent cooking zones. Regulation from 120°C to 280°C, safety thermostat.   Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn "top" (20/10 mm), levelling cylinders, watertight "IPX5". Inclined cooking hob in brushed treated steel (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004) with high thermal conductivity, welded peripheral rim guaranteeing perfect watertightness. Drawer for collecting cooking juices (3 litres). Electric heating by stainless steel heating elements placed under the plate. Appliances built in compliance with current EC standards.
